Campers’ Information

I ensure all information submitted is accurate and it’s my responsibility to inform the Camp Committee 2025 at camp@cathedral.org.sg of any changes immediately.

Cancellation Policy  
Applicants must write in via email to camp@cathedral.org.sg to cancel their booking.
Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on case by case basis.

PDPA
By interacting with, submitting information to or signing up for any organized activity offered by St Andrew's Cathedral (“SAC”), you agree and consent to the use, processing, collection and retention of your personal information by SAC, its staff or appointed committees for the purposes of the church camp activities of SAC as shall be deemed necessary or desirable.

Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ We agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/ We will not hold the Church and the Camp Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the camp. I/ We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Camp Committee.

Remarks
2-way coach transfer provided is on 15 June 2025  (Sun) and 18 June 2025 (Wed) only. Pick up & Drop off location will be Church-Hotel-Church. Coach fee is not refundable.

Camp Fee includes:
a. Hotel accommodation for 3-night stay
b. Meals – 3 breakfast, 2 lunches and 3 dinners will be provided during the camp

Insurance:
All campers are encouraged to purchase your own travel insurance upon confirmation of this booking to ensure coverage for any unforeseen circumstances leading up to and during camp. 


Booking Instructions

General Information

  • Please appoint the main point of contact for all correspondence and all rooming arrangements to make your booking. 
  • You and your roommate(s) must register together in one booking.
  • Please ensure you have the following information for yourself and your roommate before you begin your booking process: FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH and PASSPORT NUMBER & EXPIRY. 
  • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Campers shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
  • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming) 
  • Deluxe Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed. Deluxe Room/Twin Bed = 2 Single Beds
  • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
  • Upon completion of the form, please click "Pay @ Church" to submit booking.  
  • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the Booking person’s email address provided. 
  • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
